Request new license
RobotFX License Change
Each RobotFX product is locked to a maximum number of five live trading accounts. Demo accounts do not count, and the experts can be used on any of them.
To modify, add, or remove your trading account numbers and bind your EA to new ones, you must request a license change. A $10 processing fee applies to these requests. Please follow these steps:

Pay the processing fee: Complete the payment using the form below.
- Notify us: Contact us (send your account numbers).
License change requests are limited to a maximum of two per year (one per semester). We will process your request once we verify your payment and receive your email. Please ensure you provide the correct account numbers to avoid additional requests.
Your license change email request must contain ALL forex live trading accounts that you want your expert/indicator to work on, including old ones, if that's the case.
Free Updates
If there is a new release (announced on our blog) of any RobotFX product that you own, you may request the new version and change the account numbers at the same time, at no cost. Only make sure that you send us the name of the EA that you own and the account numbers at the same time, from your client email address.
To occasionally check whether there is a new release or not, simply download a demo version or check our site.
