Welcome to RobotFX Ltd. (operating as RFX). By purchasing, downloading, installing, or utilizing any Expert Advisor (EA), indicator, or software tool provided on robotfx.org, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Core Licensing Provisions

• One-Time Payment Structure: All RobotFX software purchases require a single payment. There are no recurring subscription charges or hidden monthly maintenance fees.
• Lifetime License Grant: Purchased licenses do not expire over time. Each license grants authorized execution on up to five (5) trading accounts across any supported broker terminal. Account numbers can be updated as needed via our License Change Page.
• Free Lifetime Product Updates: Clients receive access to all future updates, revisions, and bug fixes for purchased software at no additional cost. Major updates are announced on our official blog and community channels.

Client Responsibilities & Due Diligence

As a user of quantitative and automated trading software, you acknowledge and agree to the following operational responsibilities:

• Pre-Purchase Testing: Clients are expected to download and evaluate trial/demo versions of EAs on demo trading accounts prior to purchasing a full live license to verify that the software aligns with their trading objectives.
• Platform Proficiency: Users must possess working knowledge of MetaTrader 4 or MetaTrader 5 navigation, input configuration, and risk parameters. For technical setup help, refer to our Troubleshooting Guide.
• Strategy Supervision: Users maintain full responsibility for monitoring active trades, managing leverage parameters, and maintaining adequate account margin.

Software & Environment Disclaimers

RobotFX products are provided "as is" without implied guarantees of trading profitability or specific financial outcomes. Software tools are developed and tested to run on supported Windows and Linux (via WINE/emulation) OS environments running current MT4/MT5 terminal builds.

Because broker execution conditions (spreads, slippage, latency, leverage limits, and hedging rules) vary across institutions, performance results on live accounts may differ from backtest simulations or demo environments.

Financial & Leveraged Risk Disclosure

Trading foreign exchange (Forex), CFDs, commodities, and leveraged instruments carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. High leverage can amplify both gains and losses. You should never trade with capital you cannot afford to lose.

RobotFX Ltd. operates exclusively as a software developer. We do not provide financial advice, operate brokerage services, or manage client trading funds. All trade execution is self-directed by the user.

Intellectual Property & Anti-Piracy Policy

All code, indicators, graphics, branding, and documentation contained on robotfx.org are protected by international copyright laws.

• Prohibited Actions: Decompiling, reverse-engineering, modifying, re-selling, or redistributing RobotFX EAs or code to third parties is strictly prohibited.
• License Revocation: Unauthorized distribution, commercial resale, fraudulent chargebacks, or attempts to crack software binaries will result in immediate license cancellation and blacklisting from support services.

Refund Policy Overview
