Due to the fact that we are commercializing software goods, we usually do not offer full refunds, particularly for our licensed products. RobotFX software is sold "as is," which is standard practice for software to protect the seller. Furthermore, customers have the opportunity to download and test any of our paid products for free before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Full Refunds

If the delivery of an Extended licensed product is delayed beyond our three-day delivery goal, the buyer has the right to request a full refund, which will be granted. Exceptions to this rule occur if the buyer specifically informs us that they do not yet have a live trading account number, preventing us from customizing the product.

Product Exchanges and Discounts

Under very specific circumstances, we may offer a discount or a product exchange. This generally applies if a customer has accidentally purchased the incorrect tool. We encourage you to review our troubleshooting guide or contact support before requesting an exchange.

Refund Processing

Should a refund be approved, the customer will be notified first. Once notified, the funds should arrive within a maximum of seven days.
