Bank transfer options added for affiliates commissions

We have introduced bank transfer as an option to pay for affiliate commission earnings. PayPal is still a popular option, but bank transfer might be preferred by some users.

To add the bank details and therefore be able to receive the earning commissions, affiliates have to enter their banking details in the Affiliate Dashboard > Settings, under PayPal email.
