Depending on the license type of the software product acquired, the delivery – which is done in digital form, by email, either as EX4 or EX5 filetype format – can be:
- instant – when purchasing a STANDARD license EA/indicator, the download link will be revealed immediately after a successful payment
- 0-3 days – if an EXTENDED license is acquired, we will need the trader’s live account numbers to customize their trading robot. As soon as we receive these details, we aim to deliver in the same or next working day
- for custom orders types, the delivery time can only be estimated and will be discussed with the trader
Max delivery time is 15 business days and since it is done by email, it is obviously free of charge.
