Q: What is RobotFX?

A: RobotFX is a group of traders and programmers dedicated creating useful MetaTrader indicators and expert advisors.

Q: Is RobotFX reliable?

A: RobotFX is absolutely safe. Our company website can be monitored by any high quality institutions (Symantec, AVG, Trend Micro) and scanned for vulnerabilities or reputation.

Q: How can I make money with RobotFX?

A: To make money using RobotFX products, one should know how to trade first. This step is necessary so the trader can successfully set our expert advisors to be profitable.

Q: Can I have a .set file? Do you recommend any particular settings?

A: Traders must consider multiple criteria when setting up their trading method, sucha as account equity, timeframe, trading instrument, broker’s limitations, price action/volatility at that moment, incoming news that might affect trading, risk appetite and many others. Therefore, and since we do not provide trading advice/lessons, we cannot help traders with setting up their trading strategy.

Q: What is the difference between the Standard and the Extended types of license?

A: The standard license is for products that can be downloaded immediately and do not come with extended support or future updates, while the extended license is for products that not only that come with full support, but they are also thoroughly tested for both profitability and functionality (these are mostly expert advisors)

Q: How much can I make in a month?

A: Successful forex traders cannot predict exactly how much money they can make per month, as this depends on many factors: trading skills, market conditions, MetaTrader/EA settings etc.

Q: Is there any difference between the free version and the paid one?

A: Yes, the free (downloadable) versions are designed to work only when trading demo accounts. If applied to a live account, the free version of the RobotFX will attempt to close the MetaTrader terminal and/or remove itself from the chart.

Q: Do I have to pay any other taxes?

A: RobotFX products do not require any tax fees, maintenance fees or any other monthly or hidden fees.

Q: Is there a daily or a monthly profit limit with the Robot?

A: No, there is no limit imposed by the RobotFX products. However, do mind that the profit highly depends on the trader’s skills.

Q: Do you have a refund policy?

A: We do offer full refunds, but only if the live product hasn’t been delivered (emailed) yet. Since it is a digital product that cannot be returned, once delivered a full refund cannot be issued anymore.

Q: Why does RobotFX actually work?

A: RobotFX expert advisors may work very well for some traders, but if set or used incorrectly they can also lead to losses. As stated above, it mostly depends on the trader’s skills and how the trader is using it.

Q: Can I use the robot with several platforms?

A: Yes, you can use it on as many MetaTrader platforms as your computer and internet connection can handle.

Q: Is it compatible with MetaTrader?

A: Yes, all RobotFX products on this website have been designed to work with MetaTrader 4.

Q: Do you have online support or a telephone help line?

A: We often receive messages in languages that we do not understand, and because of this we had to turn off the phone support line. We do, however, answer any English emails/messages sent through our contact page or our social media pages, and in special circumstances we also offer TeamViewer support to our customers.

Q: Do you charge an extra or hidden cost?

A: No, we do not charge any hidden costs. The only extra cost that might be needed is when/if the traders decides to change their license.

Q: Can I resell your products? I would like to be a RobotFX affiliate.

A: Yes, you can. We made it easy for anyone to sell our products and make money. Please read about it here.

Q: Can I use your products if I am new to trading?

A: Yes, you can. However, the rule of thumb is that new traders must learn to trade first, then think about automating their profitable trading strategy. In other words, do not hold us responsible for any losses that might occur due to your lack of trading skills.

Q: Can I buy your product/s if I am new to trading?

A: You can, but do mind that for new traders our MetaTrader and/or trading support is very limited to none. Simply put, we do not have time to answer questions such: how to use your EA, how to enable automatic trading, do I need an internet connection to trade etc; the answer to all these questions can be easily found on forex sites such as BabyPips, ForexFactory and so on.
