Each RobotFX product is locked to a maximum number of five live trading accounts. Demo accounts don’t count and the experts can be used on any of them.
To change these numbers (modify/add/remove) and bound your EA to another ones, traders must request a license change. In order for us to process and deliver your newly licensed RobotFX EA, please follow the next steps:
You can request this maximum two times per year and one time per semester. This will be processed as soon as we will receive your email and verify your payment, which will appear on your credit card as donation. Any failure to provide the correct account numbers will result in a new request, and you will have to repeat the steps above.
Your license change email request must contain ALL forex live trading accounts that you want your expert/indicator to work on, including old ones, if that’s the case.
If there is a new release (announced on our blog) of any RobotFX product that you own, you may request the new version and change the account numbers at the same time, at no cost. Only make sure that you send us the name of the EA that you own and the account numbers at the same time, from your client email address.
To occasionally check whether there is a new release or not, simply download a demo version from any of our websites.
